Today, I will introduce to you about ACTIVITIES in JAPAN. Japan is one of the country has huge culture and traditional activities.
One of the famous activities is Tea Ceremony which is the way of preparing and drinking tea. Nowadays, the tea ceremony is a relatively popular hobby. Many Japanese, who are interested in their own culture, take tea ceremony lessons. Tea ceremonies are held in traditional Japanese rooms in cultural community centres or private houses.
If you travel to Japan, please don’t miss out the Cherry Blossom Festival. Most of Japan's cherry blossom festivals are held between March to May, though other regions have them in January, February, and June, based on their location. It is amazing unforgettable views.
Another activity that you may be interesting is SUMO WRESTING. Japanese Sumo Wrestling is one of the oldest martial arts in Japan. The matches were dedicated to the gods in prayers for a good harvest.
The wrestling match is all about pushing or throwing the opponent out of the doyo - the ring - or to bring the other guy down on the floor. Wow, they look so big and scared too. ^^
